How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy. Just follow these steps after clicking the Login button on the top toolbar of our website.

1. Enter your Name

2. Enter your e-mail ID

3. Enter a password

4. Confirm your password

5. Enter your mobile number.

Your e-mail ID will be used as the default username for your All Time account.

Is it necessary to have All Time account to shop?

No, you may check out as Guest user or connect through Social Login like Facebook, Twitter, Google & Linkedin. But it is recommended to do the one time registration for the following benefits:

1. Express Checkout - Sign in and proceed to checkout for quick ordering.

2. Order History - Review the details of your Order history and status.

3. Address Book - Create and save addresses of your family & friends for faster check out.
4. Exclusive offers and Fests - Participate in exciting promos and festivals and win fabulous deals

How to Login?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Alltimeplastics.com. The price you see is the price you pay – is inclusive of taxes but shipping charges will be charged separately.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Trouble Shooting Failed Payment

To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide All Time Plastics with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you most likely need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues. All Time Plastics Payments Customer Service can help you with the following:

1. Verify that you entered your payment information correctly on your order.
2. Change the payment method on an open order.
Contact your bank to resolve all other payment issues even if:

1. You have successfully used the payment method on a previous order.
2. Part of your order has already charged and shipped successfully.
3. You have funds available in your bank or credit account to cover the order cost.

Steps you can take to resolve payment issue:
1. Contact your bank about payment security policies. Your bank may flag any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first-time orders and high-value purchases, regardless of the amount of
2. Funds available or your credit limit. Your bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.

Delivery & Order Status

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are processed immediately and most orders are shipped in 2-3 business days. Sometimes, products are discontinued or out of stock and we will notify you immediately in this situation before your credit card is charged.

What do the different order status mean?

1. Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
2. Order under Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
3. Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
4. Order Canceled: Your order was canceled.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, ‘Out of Stock’ products are currently unavailable for sale; however, feel free to use the "Tell Me When Available" feature and we will let you know once that product is available for sale at Alltimeplastics.com.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally and immediately. Alltimeplastics.com will send a confirmation mail concerning your order to the email address associated with yourAlltimeplastics.com order/account. In this e-mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g.620480XXXXXXXXX) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered, and an expected time of delivery.

How do I check my order status?

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on My Account at the top of the home page.
3. Click on My Orders on the left of My Account page.
4. Click on the order number you want to know details of.
5. Click on the Track under Shipments. From here you will redirected to our Logistic partner website and see the latest update on your order shipment.

How do I place an order?

To buy any of our products online, follow these simple steps as mentioned below:
Choose products you wish to buy

1. Go to the desired category on the homepage like Kitchen Storage, Chopping Board, Kitchen Aids, Home Utility, etc.
2a. Click on desired sub category.
2b. Alternately you can also search the desired Product directly in the given Search Box and follow point 3 below.
3. Click on the desired product. You can also use filters on the left hand side of the website to narrow down your results.
4. After selecting a product, please select a color of your choice. To proceed further, click the Buy Now button.
5. When you click on the Buy Now button you will get a new screen which will ask you to click on Proceed To Checkout or Continue Shopping. Click Continue Shopping to continue shopping else click on Proceed To Checkout. You may also edit the quantity of your order here.
6. On the next screen you can either Login with your existing registered email ID ( if you have already registered) or check out as guest. Alternately you can also use social login via your Facebook, Twitter, Google or Linkedin account.
7a. For Registered users, check the address you have mentioned or select the desired address from multiple saved address book. You may also create a new address here. Select the right address and continue.
7b. For Guest Login: enter your e-mail ID and phone number, then click continue. Fill in all of the details required by the page and click continue.
8. You can review you order here, select the payment method, and proceed with payment.
8a.For Cash on Delivery: You can verify your order by entering the verification code as shown below. Click on the place order button to proceed with payment.
8b. For other options: select the payment option and click on proceed with payment. You will be redirected to our payment partner CC Venue website to complete the payment.
9. After completing payment, an order confirmation screen wherein details related to order i.e. Order No., Payment mode, Shipping Address & Detailswill pop up on the screen.

Shipping

Does All Time deliver to my address?

We deliver to almost all locations across India. You can enter your pin code and check for our service availability in your area. We have pin code Check facility at the time of adding any product to your shopping cart for checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We have a very simple shipping policy. We have our Standard Delivery in which your shipment will take 6-9 business days to arrive depending upon your pin code.

All orders placed before 9:00 am on business days will be processed on the same day. All orders placed after 9:00 am will be processed on the next business day and will thereby affect your date of delivery

Are there any shipping charges?

Our shipping charges may vary depending on the product you have chosen. The products you have chosen may or may not be applicable for free shipping. For the products that are not applicable for free shipping the shipping charges will be shown depending on the product and on the delivery option you chose.

Will I receive my order in a single package?

We will always try to ensure that you receive one single package from us. But it may vary depending on the products that you have ordered which may result in us packaging them separately to ensure that the products reach you in their pristine condition.

Can I expect a delivery on all days of the week?

Our courier service providers work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on any holidays (including National Holidays).

Can I order All Time products internationally?

 

We regret to inform you that currently we do not have International Shipping through the website. We request you to write to us at customer.support@alltimeplastics.com in the case of any bulk orders and we can possibly make some special arrangements for you.

What if I’m not at home on the day my parcel is to be delivered?

Our courier service providers will make two attempts to deliver your order to you. Further to which the order will be returned back to us. In this situation we can refund your order amount but we will be charging actual shipping fee for the products you have ordered.

Cancellation and Returns

What is our Cancellation Policy?

The customer cannot cancel an order once it is placed but same can be requested via email on customer.support@alltimeplastics.com

However, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances without giving any prior notice.

Once the order has been cancelled the amount you have paid will be refunded to you in 21 working days.

What is our Return Policy?

We have a 15 Days from day of purchase return policy subject to the following issues only:

If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products OR

If you may have received a product which did not match the specifications mentioned on the website at the time of placing your order for example the wrong colour or size OR

If you have received product in a damaged condition; in this case you need to inform us about the condition within 48 hours of receipt of your order by you.

We may request you to send us product photos of the condition in which you have received your order in to address the issue. In this case, you need to send product photos to customer.support@alltimeplastics.com with your order number in the subject field. If you are unable to send the requested images, then we cannot accept product return.

How do I process my Returns?

It’s simple, really. Call us on our number 022 6620 8900 or write to us at customer.support@alltimeplastics.com and we’ll arrange the pickup of your order.

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition, which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even if you have used the product.

Once we have received the returned shipment and your return has been processed, the amount you have paid for the order will be refunded to you within 21 business days.
