7 Day Replacement Policy
Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform our Customer Care along with the order details.
In case you have received a damaged / defective item or it does not match the description provided by us, please contact us with your replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
You are requested to ship your damaged, defective or wrong product back to us with the original packing and invoice and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.
If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of product delivery, we would assume that you are satisfied with the product quality, and will release the payment to the seller. However, all the Products are governed by the terms of warranties provided by the respective manufacturer / brands.
Refund If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Mode of Refund
We will refund the money back to the payment mode / account that was originally used to make the transaction. It may take up to 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund.
Conditions for Return
We will be glad to help in the replacement of product, subject to fulfillment of following conditions: -
• Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.
• Tampered or products with missing serial numbers are also not covered under the policy.
• Products should be returned in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging, accessories and invoice.
• To avoid further damage of products during transit, you are requested to properly package the product before return.
